Reserving Your Mission Trip

Your mission trip is reserved when you complete the Initial Deposit Form and submit it and your Initial Church Deposit.  Deposits may be paid with a check, MasterCard or Visa.  If you opt for a credit card, please add an additional 5% to offset the processing fee that they will bill us. To use a credit card, go to the Pay By Credit Card page.

We reserve groups in the order that we receive this form and subsequent payment. Please verify all dollar amounts and dates prior to submitting these form. As always, pleae contact us directly at 904-742-6432 if you have any questions.

Initial Deposit Form

This form is used to reserve your mission trip. It must be submitted as soon as possible. Your dates will not be reserved until we recieve this form and the associated Initial Church Deposit.

Midterm Deposit

This form must be submitted at the time set up by Words to Works Ministries. For a summer mission trip, this is March 1st of the year of your mission trip. Late Nights @ His Warehouse and the 24 Hour Mission Trip do not need to submit this form. Late payment will incur a fee of $10.

Final Payment

This payment must be submitted 30 days before your mission trip. For the Late Nights @ His Warehouse and the 24 Hour Mission Trip, this must be submitted 2 weeks before the mission trip. Late payment will incur a fee of $25.00.
